Registration Day Tips

For our first time camper parents, did you know you can create a profile on the website now instead of waiting until registration opens? By creating your parent profile ahead of time, it's one less step you have to complete on registration day.

Head over to GiveSignUp.org (our registration system provider) and select Create Account to get set up! Just remember this is for the Parent profile not the Camper profile!

Several of our supporting churches offer their students codes to help offset some of the cost of camp registration fees. If you haven't reached out to your children's/youth/student director, make sure you do that TODAY.

Scrambling to get codes at the last minute makes for a very stressful registration day!

JCs (who served at Oak Hill last summer) and the Campers of the Week should have been contacted with your extra special codes.

Many of our camp sessions are very popular. If your child wants to attend a specific week, it is important to register them as early as you can.

Helpful hint: If you child wants to attend multiple weeks, ALWAYS register him/her for the most popular week first. You can also have both parents do registration. Have mom register for one camp session while dad registers the camper for a different camp session!

Specific weeks that fill up every year are listed below with timelines.

JUNIOR WEEKS: If you are a parent of an upper Elementary student (3rd thru 5th grade), it is VERY important that you plan to be online to register your camper at 6:00 AM on Monday. Our Junior weeks of camp will fill up fast. Junior 1 (Beast Mode) normally fills within 15 minutes of registration opening. Junior 2 isn't far behind!

HIGH SCHOOL: Last year, this session of camp filled within 36 hours of registration opening.

MIDDLE SCHOOL 1: Last year, this session of camp filled within 3 days of registration opening. We anticipate that this week will fill faster this year.
